Primary Responsibilities

  • Review work orders to ensure manufacturer compliance
  • Return improperly completed work orders to dealer who originated the documents for corrections
  • Follow policy and procedure guidelines
  • Review work orders for parts and equipment and determine applicable coverage
  • Create and monitor warranty claims on multiple vendor sites
  • Adjust and correct denied claims
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Attend training as needed to enhance job performance
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in a dealership, preferably with service or warranties
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous office experience
